We only take payments through e-payments and cards

Customers can a refund and return on their product if there is evidence of product defects and the receipt of purchase is provided, returns are valid for 5 months after purchase. Please do note that failure of the  anti-theft features of the bag is not a valid return reason.

For the moment we do not accept gift cards, there are on-going talks to engage with partners for coupons.
